At AstraSoul, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and refunds as outlined below:
1. Return Eligibility
- You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return
- Received the wrong item
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Not satisfied with the product (no questions asked)
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@astrasoul.co.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your UPI or bank details for the refund.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, email us and we’ll help you replace it with another of equal value (subject to availability).
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged.
